I have worked in the Health Care Field now for 13 years. I have come across many situations involving people's health to be deteriorated simply due to lack of health insurance, lack of medication support, and improper health information/education. I hear many people say,
"So what if I smoke, I could get hit by a bus tomorrow."
This may be true, but did you ever wonder what would happen if something drastic did happen to you and you survived? I know what would happen, because i see it all the time. People who are obese, poorly controlled diabetics, heavy smokers, ext. survive a traumatic event, go through surgeries and have severe complications because they had to many co-morbidities.
I am not saying you need to take care of yourself so this doesn't happen, what I am saying is you need to stay healthy simply because you never know what is going to happen in life. The healthier you are the better chance of surviving life events with less pain, less complication, and less drama for you and your family. You owe it to yourself. I will continue to look for free trial products to help keep you healthy. If you see 1 you like, do not purchase it, just trial it and see what happens. if is does good then wonderful, if not then you have nothing lost.
